Amy Morris, Chief Executive Officer
Amy has performed in a variety of capacities in the industry over the past 30 years. Most recently she served as VP of Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs for Inhibitex, Inc., a clinical stage biotech company in Atlanta. She also worked in the CRO industry – as Sr. VP of East Coast and Global Operations for Clinimetrics, and carried out non-profit and academic research – as Executive Directorof the AIDS Research Consortium of Atlanta, and Project Coordinator for the Drug Studies Unit, UC San Francisco, School of Pharmacy. Additionally, Amy worked in the clinical development departments of Triton Biosciences (now Berlex Laboratories) and Boehringer Ingelheim. She has extensive knowledge related to chronic and acute infectious diseases, including HIV, Hepatitis C, CMV, herpes, and S. aureus. Augmenting her broad industry experience, Amy has an MBA from Georgia State University, and a BS in Biology from St. Mary's College of Notre Dame.

Gerald Garrett, Chief Operating Officer
Gerald has been in the biopharma industry for 25 years. For the last seven years and before teaming up with Amy he managed his own site monitoring and management company – CMB Consulting. In 1996, prior to the successful creation of CMB Consulting, Gerald joined the Atlanta office of Clinimetrics where he worked in Project Management, and ultimately became Vice President of Project Management. He also gained critical knowledge during his time in the clinical development departments of GlaxoWellcome and Fujisawa Healthcare (now Astellas). Gerald began his career as a Coordinator for the Paul Research Institute in College Station, TX. Gerald's extensive clinical experience includes expertise in infectious disease, organ transplant, oncology, and cardiovascular disease. Gerald has a BS in Biology from Texas A&M University.

Kelly Ritch, Head e-Technologies
Kelly joined I2R in 2010 to lead up our e-technology effort. Her extensive experience in data management, project management, and clinical research enables us to utilize and offer our clients technological approaches that best fit their business needs, including several electronic data capture systems. Kelly also brings broad knowledge and understanding of various operational aspects within the biopharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining I2R, Kelly was VP of External Services for Rho, Inc., managing projects with a matrixed staff to facilitate implementation of corporate-wide clinical technology solutions . Additionally, she held several positions of increasing responsibility within Rho'sData Management department, ultimately directing a staff of over 50. Kelly began her career as a Study Coordinator for the University of North Carolina Hospital ENT Clinic. Kelly has an MBA from University of Virginia, a MS in Audiology from the University of North Carolina, and a BS in Education from the University of Virginia.

Anne McDonough, Head GCP Training and Quality
Anne has 18 years of experience in a variety of roles in clinical research. She started her career working at an investigator consortium for HIV trials, spent over 10 years working in the American and European divisions of an international CRO, and is currently a consultant providing training and consultation in ICH-GCP compliance, SOP writing, clinical site monitoring, project management, clinical science, and medical writing. Anne has served for 6 years on the exam committee for the Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) examination provided by the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) and was previously chair of the European exam committee. She also works with pharmaceutical companies and CROs on company training and assessment programmes. Anne has an MPH from Emory University and a BA in BIology from Columbia University as well as the CCRA certification and the Chartered Scientist certification from the Institute of Clinical Research.
